There is good news for Share enthusiasts. CEDB Hydropower Development Company is going to issue IPO to the public from Baishak 17, 2078. The company is going to issue 25,18,230 units shares among which 5 % ( 1,25,911 units shares) is separated for mutual fund whereas 2% (50,365 Units shares) is for the staffs of the company. Last date to fill the IPO is Baishak 21 banking hours. One can apply minimum 10 shares to maximum 25,18,230 units Share.
CRNL has assigned ‘CARE-NP IPO Grade 4 [IPO Grade Four]’ grading to the proposed Initial Public Offering (IPO) of CEDB Hydropower Development Company Limited (CHDC). ‘CARE-NP IPO Grade 4’ indicates Below Average Fundamentals.
Sunrise Capital Limited is appointed as the issue manager for IPO.
