Jeevan Bikas Laghubitta, Manakamana Smart Laghubitta and Union Life insurance issued their ipo on few days gap. Madhaya Bhotekoshi and Terathum Power Company's ipo for project affected area is currently on going.
Now, Mailung Khola Jal vidhutcompany limited is going to float the IPO for Public from Shrawan 14 2078. Mailung Khola Jal Vidhut Company is issuing 736,286 unit share among which 2% (14,726 units) is seperated for staffs and 5% ( 36814 units) is seperated for mutual funds and 684,746 unit are for Public. One can apply minimum 10 unit to maximum 100,000 unit share.
Siddhartha Capital is appointed as the issue manager for IPO.
Care Rating Nepal limited has assigned the rating of CARE - NP D. Instruments with this rating are in default or are expected to be in default soon.
Applicants having Meroshare application can apply through Meroshare or it can be applied through the ASBA member's bank and financial institutions.
