Manakama Smart Laghubitta Sanstha Limited is going to issue IPO to the public from Ashad 17, 2078. The company is going to issue 3,89,000 units shares among which 5 % (19,450 units shares) is separated for mutual fund whereas 0.5% (6,058 Units shares) is for the staffs of the company. Last date to fill the IPO is Ashad 21 banking hours. However if it is not full subscribed till 15th Ashad then the applying date will be extended till 31st Ashad 2078. One can apply minimum 10 shares to maximum 1000 units Share.
ICRA Nepal has assigned the issuer rating of [ICRANP-IR] BB- to Manakama Smart Laghubitta Sanstha Limited. [ICRANP-IR] BB- indicate a moderate amount of safe and moderate credit risk in terms of timely fulfillment of financial obligations.
NMB Capital Limited is appointed as the issue manager for IPO.
