New IPO Alert / Sanima Life Insurance to issue IPO from 20th Shrawan

 

Nowadays back to back Initial Public Offering (IPO) is being issued in Nepal. Another IPO is being issued from 20th Shrawan which is good news for invertors who were waiting to invest. Sanima Life Insurance is going to float the IPO for Public from Shrawan 20 2078. Sanima Life Insurance is issuing 60,00,000 unit share among which 5% (300000 units) is separated for staffs and 5% ( 300000 units) is separated for mutual funds and remaining 54,00,000 unit are for Public. One can apply minimum 10 unit to maximum 30,000 unit share. Earlier closing date for the issue is 24th Shrawan. If it is not fully subscribed by that time then the date will be extended till 2nd Bhadra 2078.

Prabhu Capital is appointed as the issue manager for IPO.

Sanima Life Insurance Limited was incorporated under the Companies Act, 2063 on 2064/08/13. Beema Samiti awarded the operating license on 2074/05/07 as per Sub-clause 3 of Clause 10 of Insurance Act, 2049 and Sub-rule 1 of Rule 8 of Insurance Regulations, 2049 to conduct business of Life Insurance and the company started its commercial operations on 2074/08/22. Promoted by Non Residents Nepalese (NRN), who have investment in Finance, Banking, Hydropower and Tourism etc in Nepal, Sanima Life Insurance aims to be a trusted name in the Life Insurance Sector of Nepal. Care Rating Nepal limited has assigned ‘CARE-NP BBB- (Is)’ rating to Sanima Life Insurance Limited (SLIL). Instruments with this rating offer moderate degree of safety regarding timely servicing of financial obligations.

Applicants having Meroshare application can apply through Meroshare or it can be applied through the ASBA member's bank and financial institutions.

Recommended quantity to apply: Since DMAT account holders are increasing day by day we recommend to apply not more than 10 share as the distribution will be done by lottery system.
