Mailung Khola Jal vidhutcompany limited issued 736,286 unit share from 14th Shrawan among which 2% (14,726 units) is seperated for staffs and 5% ( 36814 units) is separated for mutual funds and 684,746 unit are for Public. According to the issue manager Siddhartha Capital, 21,18,925 applicants have applied for a total of 2,85,41,840 units. Out of 21,18,925 applicants only lucky 68474 person will get 10 unit of share each by lottery system and lucky 6 person will get extra 1 unit share each. 

Mailung Khola Hydropower Company Private Limited is a private company incorporated on 7 Bhadra 2059 (July 23, 2002) as per prevalent Acts of Nepal, with objective to develop and invest in hydropower projects. This Company has developed 5 MW Mailun Khola  Hydropower Project in Rasuwa district and its operation is for a period of 35 years under a Construction & Generation License issued by prevalent HMG of Nepal on the basis of a power purchase agreement with Nepal Electricity Authority.
